• Guide Right Program
The Guide Right Program is a youth mentoring and leadership development vehicle that is geared towards young men in grades 6th thru 8th. We provide discussions about possible career opportunities, life skills and exposure to other areas outside the city of Chester. The goal of the Chester(PA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Inc., is to expand the thinking of young minority men about being confident in one's self, provide meaningful educational, athletic, social activities as well as infuse life-skills necessary to become a well rounded citizen of the City of Chester.

• Social Action & Political Awareness
Tending to form cooperative and interdependent relationship over a period of time, in stages, or with the possibility of repetition, our Social Action program encourages interaction between individuals and groups to bring about an altercation by force or of a natural agency.

• Scholarship Program
As part of Chester Alumni's committment to the community, the chapter established its scholarship program in 1996. The chapter has given over $40,000 in scholarships since the inception of the program to graduating students in Delaware County.
